3/4" Blending Ball, moulded in a very hard plastic, the threads are compatable with most USA type screw in tipped tools. This product works the same way as your standard 1/2" ball nose tip does, only difference being this has a bigger radius so can push more metal without the increased risk of creating high spots. This product can also be screwed onto a hammer or even a piece of wood, it is then used the same way you would use a "blunt" tapper for removing crowns etc.. infact going back 20 years or so in my pannel beating days before we knew anything about pdr I personally had severeal different diameter balls screwed to a bit of wood to make a simple hammer, we would then use these to "blend" out or "fade" the crowns or high spots in the same way you use "tappers" today, some of the balls in those days had leather glued to the surface to stop dameged paint work and so on..!
