Polite notice, most items on our website are subject to copyright, including text/pictures, in particular our dent reflector boards (pattern) we have spent many hours both designing and testing these to great lengths to ensure you get the best available. We have protected most of these designs by European copyright laws and registered these unique designs with www.franksco.com.

In addition to the above some of our products are "design registered" at the UK IP office, a few products not listed are patent pending.

You are NOT permitted to use our name pdrprotools "TM" (trade mark), or copy/paste either part/full ANY text/pictures without our written permission. If in doubt regarding any aspect of copyright and what we own and how it may affect you be sure to contact us, we monitor all top ranked pdr internet sites and e-bay on an almost daily basis. Anyone attempting to copy our products either part/full may be persued for infringment to our IP Rights, whether you knowingly/unknowingly reproduce these products in order to make them look like ours ("passing off")

Any legal fees incured to protect our IP Rights, and at our discretion may be persued either through the county or high court depending on the actual offence, in some instances, again at our discretion we may settle out of court.

One thing is for certain, if you infringe our IP Rights eventually we will take legal action to the fullest extent possible to protect our products.
